Anna is the CEO of Culpeo and has been working in recruiting roles within Norrbotten’s business community since 2010.
As an entrepreneur, Anna brings knowledge and expertise from both large and small enterprises in the industrial, IT, food, transport, and public sectors. She has held roles such as Communications Director at Region Norrbotten, HR and Information Manager at Scania Ferruform AB, and Site Manager and HR Director at Plannja AB.

Martin Edin
Martin is the HR & Recruitment Specialist who returned to Luleå after a decade of working with recruitment and HR in Stockholm.
Martin has extensive knowledge in the recruitment and consulting industry, having served as CEO and co-founder of the recruitment and consulting company AMGA, HR Manager at Atlas Copco Compressor AB, and as a talent acquisition specialist at Randstad and Proffice. Martin is a certified Executive Search Consultant via ESK and is also certified in the Talent Q Assessments and SHL testing tools.

Karin Larsson
Karin is our leading expert in HR, with many years of experience in both leadership roles and specialist positions such as HR strategist and HR.
Karin has held leadership positions within Region Norrbotten for 10 years, including roles as HR Director and HR Manager. Before that, she worked as an HR strategist at Luleå University of Technology and as an HR consultant at the Swedish Civil Aviation Administration. Karin possesses great expertise across the entire HR field, combining both broad and deep knowledge.

John has extensive experience in recruitment and executive search.
John has initiated and established Clockwork in Luleå as well as parts of Randstad’s operations in Luleå and is now one of the founders of Culpeo. In recent years, John has been responsible for recruiting roles such as CEO for Luleå Näringsliv, Country Manager Vic Energy, Talent Manager for Arctic Business, and Store Managers for Coop Norrbotten.

Anna-Karin Posse
Anna-Karin has versatile HR experience from both the public and private sectors.
Anna-Karin has a deep understanding of labor law and personnel management. She has served as HR Manager for Älvsbyn Municipality and held several managerial roles within other municipalities. Additionally, her experience extends to the military and the travel industry. During her time as Acting Head of Municipality for Älvsbyn Municipality and Destination Manager for Solresor, she has demonstrated strong leadership qualities and the ability to handle complex issues and team development.
Anna-Karin’s international experience further enriches her portfolio, especially at a time when global perspectives are increasingly important.
